All kittens are raised indoors with excellent temperaments and socialization. Each comes with a health guarantee and a certified vet report, tested negative for FeLV & FIV. Our breeding cats are DNA-tested, all healthy, and negative for HCM, PKD, FeLV & FIV.

Easy Adoption Process

  1. Inquire & Choose a Kitten: Please email us to introduce yourself briefly, ask about adopting a kitten, and let us know which kitten you wish to adopt.

  2. Reservation Deposit: Send a non-refundable reservation deposit of $300 via Zelle or Venmo. This amount will be deducted from the adoption fee.

  3. Sign Contracts: Complete an adoption agreement and a spay/neuter contract.

    • Spay/Neuter Requirement: To ensure healthy development, all our pet kittens come with a spay/neuter contract. An additional $500 alteration deposit, (which will be refunded), will be added to the final payment.
    • You must complete the spay/neuter procedure and microchip your kitten before reaching 6 months of age, providing us with the vet verification document. Once confirmed, we will return your $500 deposit, and you will receive your kitten’s parents’ TICA five-generation pedigree certificate.

  4. Pick Up Your Kitten: 

    • In-Person Pick-Up:  (The remaining balance is due 2 days before pick-up.)
    •  professional nanny to safely deliver your kitten to other cities and states: ( Additional transport costs are the owner’s responsibility. Contact us for details.)

Prices will vary depending on the kitten’s pattern, color, and markings. 

The older they are, the more expensive they may be, as they become more beautiful and mature.
